Basic Policy Against Antisocial Forces
Kodensha Co., Ltd. has established the following basic policy against antisocial forces, and all officers and employees shall comply with it to ensure the appropriateness and soundness of our business operations.
1. Organizational Response
We will ensure the safety of officers and employees who respond to unreasonable demands from antisocial forces, and we will respond as an entire organization, led by the Representative Director and other top management.
2. Cooperation with External Professional Organizations
In preparation for unreasonable demands from antisocial forces, we will build close cooperative relationships with external professional organizations such as the police and lawyers on a regular basis.
3. Severance of All Relationships, Including Business Transactions
We will have no relationship whatsoever with antisocial forces, including business relationships. Furthermore, we will reject any unreasonable demands made by antisocial forces.
4. Legal Response in Civil and Criminal Matters in Emergencies
We will take legal action from both civil and criminal perspectives as necessary against any unreasonable demands made by antisocial forces.
5. Prohibition of Secret Transactions and Provision of Funds
Even if an unreasonable demand by antisocial forces is based on a scandal related to our business activities or our employees, we will never engage in any back-door deals to cover up the matter.
We will never provide funds to antisocial forces.
