CSR Basic Policy

Kodensha Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is committed to meeting the needs of and satisfying all stakeholders involved, and promotes CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) with the aim of achieving sustainable development for the Earth, society, and the Company through our daily corporate activities.

CSR Initiatives

・Compliance with laws and regulations

We will uphold social norms and comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

・Resource and energy conservation

We will work to reduce paper and electricity consumption for the sake of resource and energy conservation.

・Purchasing green products

We will promote the purchase of green products when procuring consumables and other items used by the Company.

・Waste reduction and recycling

Regarding waste generated, we strive to reduce waste emissions and promote recycling by transitioning some of our packaged software—which previously used paper boxes and plastic cases—to downloadable software, going paperless wherever possible, and cooperating in the collection of waste paper and PET bottle caps.

・Quality

The Company has obtained ISO 9001, the international standard for quality management systems. We strive to provide products and services that satisfy our customers by continuously improving our business, products, and services through the operation of this management system.

・Respect for human rights

We respect the dignity, rights, and diversity of all people, and prohibit discrimination, forced labor, child labor, and harassment. The Company provides employment opportunities regardless of nationality or gender, and has a track record of such hiring.
