[Important] Please be aware of spam emails (spoofing emails) impersonating our company representative

We have confirmed cases of suspicious emails (so-called "spoofing emails") being sent that impersonate our representative and request the creation of a LINE group.
These emails are from a third party with no relation to our company and may lead to malicious fraudulent activities.
Please be aware that we will never individually request the creation of a new LINE group.
If you receive such a message, there is a risk of being directed to a phishing site, virus infection, or unauthorized access.

Please refrain from the following actions:
・Do not create or join a LINE group
・Do not click on any provided URLs
・Do not reply to the email or enter any personal information

Content of confirmed spoofing emails (example)

Thank you for your hard work.
Thank you very much for your continued efforts.
There is an urgent matter I would like to consult with you about.
Due to business requirements, I would like your cooperation in creating a new Line work group.
I will join first, and then we will coordinate the members.
After creating the group, please generate a group QR code and send it to this email address.
I will join the group via the QR code and coordinate the subsequent work.

How to identify spoofing emails

Even if the sender's name displays our representative's name, cases have been confirmed where the actual sender's email domain does not match our official domain (@kodensha.jp).
We do not send emails with such content.
If you receive a suspicious email, please check the sender's address, and if the domain is different, please consider it unrelated to our company and delete it immediately.
