Background
Keisei Electric Railway, which operates the line connecting to Narita Airport—often called the "gateway to the skies of Japan"—is promoting the multilingualization of station announcements to improve services for a diverse range of users, including international visitors to Japan.
Challenges
Previously, studio recordings by narrators were the mainstream, which placed a significant burden in terms of cost, time, and revision work. In addition, there was a need for rapid and cost-effective operations for broadcast content that requires frequent updates.
