Simultaneous InterpretationThis is an interpretation format where the interpreter translates simultaneously while listening to the speaker. It is suitable for international conferences, shareholders' meetings, press conferences, panel discussions, etc.

WhisperingA form of simultaneous interpretation where the interpreter whispers the translation near the listener(s) (1-2 people).

Consecutive InterpretationAn interpretation format where the speaker pauses at appropriate intervals, and the interpreter translates each segment. It is used for business negotiations, meetings, and other types of interpretation other than simultaneous interpretation.

Local Overseas InterpretationWe will arrange experienced interpreters in major cities around the world.

Licensed Tour Guide-InterpreterFormal tour interpretation can only be performed by those who have obtained certification from the Japan Federation of Certified Guides. We only assign holders of interpreter guide qualifications to handle these tasks.

Arrangement of Interpretation EquipmentWe handle everything from the installation of simultaneous interpretation booths to the arrangement of simple interpretation equipment. We can also make arrangements overseas, so please feel free to consult with us.

*Half-day is 4 hours of engagement / up to 3 hours of actual work; full-day is 8 hours of engagement / up to 7 hours of actual work. For simultaneous interpretation, if it exceeds a half-day, the full-day rate applies. Additionally, if it exceeds 8 hours of engagement, an extension fee (25% increase/1 hour) will be charged for every subsequent hour.

・Full-day is defined as up to 7 hours of actual work (8 hours of engagement), and half-day is up to 3 hours of actual work (4 hours of engagement).
・If it exceeds a half-day, the full-day rate applies.
・For simultaneous interpretation, 2 interpreters will be provided for up to 3 hours, and 3-4 interpreters for over 3 hours.
・For consecutive interpretation, 1 interpreter will be provided for up to 4 hours, and 2 interpreters for over 4 hours.
■Cancellation Policy (for domestic arrangements)
Please note that once an order is confirmed, any changes, including date and time changes, will be subject to cancellation fees.
6 to 7 days before the interpretation date: 30% of the interpretation fee
4 to 5 days before: 50% of the interpretation fee
2 to 3 days before: 70% of the interpretation fee
The day before and the day of the interpretation: 100% of the interpretation fee

Quotation and Proposal
Based on your requirements and the nature of the work, we will propose the number and class of interpreters, as well as any necessary equipment. We will also select and contact interpreters who meet your preferences and conditions.
If simultaneous interpretation equipment is required, we will propose that as well.
We will propose the number of interpreters based on the work content and duration. Please note that simultaneous interpretation is performed by rotating every 15 to 20 minutes, so it will be handled by two or more people.
