This is one of the largest large-scale commercial facilities in western Japan, centered around JR Osaka Station, consisting of the North Gate Building, which houses fashion buildings, movie theaters, and offices, and the South Gate Building, which houses department stores and hotels.

Osaka Station City has established a service center for international visitors on the 3rd floor North-South connecting walkway of JR Osaka Station. On the digital signage, you can view useful information such as event details, cafe and shop searches, and facility guides, including the use of QR codes, and information translated into English, Chinese, and Korean is broadcast in real time.
